Back in the day when I had a proper job, I used to work with Mark’s dad Edward….so when Mark and Bethany got in touch to ask me to photography their wedding, I was over the moon.
This fab couple got married in Stirling Baptist Church in the middle of town….and yet again for a Scottish July day, it rained….right up until Bethany arrived at the church, definite signs there :). First Baptist wedding I’d been part of, lots of fun, singing, laughter and love and I know the whole ceremony and it’s meaning meant a lot to both Bethany, Mark and their families.
For the guests, it was off down to Glenbervie House Hotel just outside Stirling in a beautifully restored old style red London bus. Not sure how comfy the ride was but don’t doubt it was fun. The couple got to arrive in a Rolls, know which one I would have taken.
Glenbervie is a magnificent Victorian manor house set in beautiful grounds, perfect place for me to get some photographs to the happy couple and their guests.
By the time I left, the Ceilidh was getting into full swing and great to see the non Scottish guests getting totally into it.
Brilliant day guys and thanks so much for having me….
