this was the first wedding that I’d had the chance to photograph at the newly named Trump Turnberry in Ayrshire since their well known new owner took it over, so I was keen to see the changes that had been made.

jackie and david, along with their family and friends certainly brought style and glamour to the venue and for a change, the ayrshire coastal weather did us proud. the wedding ceremony took place in one of the newly furbished rooms, the awesome light and tones of the room made it a perfect setting for me to get the photographs that I knew they would want.

being able to have the drinks reception outside in the glorious sunshine with the stunning views out over the ocean and towards arran and ailsa craig, plus of course, the stunning ailsa championship golf course, brought everything together perfectly.

fantastic day was had by all….
