Had the privilege a few weeks ago to photograph the wedding of Tanya and Cy and Edinburgh Zoo.

When they asked me to be their photographer, I kinda wondered why pick the Zoo. Never even knew that they had a location inside it that could be used for weddings….how wrong I was.

Cy has a strong connection to the Zoo through his late Dad, so not only was it an amazing place to get married, it was a hugely sentimental day as well.

The original building has been there since the mid 1800’s, recently refurbished, the rooms inside were gorgeous….which was just as well as sadly we got typical Scottish weather on the day….it pissed down 🙂

Didn’t make one bit of difference to everyone that was there…..Fantastic couple, loads of good friends and family celebrating what was a brilliant day.
